MEET THE TEAM

     Barbara D. Cass graduated from St. Thomas School of Law after having completed a concentration of study in the areas of Elder Law, Guardianship, Estate Planning and Tax. She was clerk to the Honorable Judge Muir in the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in Miami Dade County. 

     Barbara has a background in childhood education where she taught English and mathematics to middle and high schoolers. She then started her own business in real property management. Barbara is trained as a real estate associate and in community association management. In addition, she is a competent Spanish interpreter and translator. 

     Barbara is a member of the Florida Bar, and Cuban American Bar Association, The Dade County Bar property and Probate sections, and the South Miami Kendall Bar Association. She is also an active guardian ad litem volunteer with the Miami Dad GAL program.

Bryan Ramos, ESQ

     Bryan R. Ramos is partner and half owner of Cass & Ramos, PLLC. He has represented a wide array of clients in a variety of probate and guardianship proceedings.

     He has earned his bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the Honors College of Florida International University in less than three years. Soon after graduation, he worked full-time as a file clerk for a reputable personal injury firm. Meanwhile, Bryan successfully applied for admission to the University of Miami's School of Law, which he completed at the accelerated pace of two years. 

      Bryan also focuses on personal injury claims and insurance litigation cases but has accrued several years' worth of experience in estate planning, probate and guardianship matters.
